Seseorang yang kesehatan mentalnya sedikit terganngu seharusnya tidak dimasukan kedalam penjara seperti masyatrakat yang melakukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran hukum pada umumya.

Dalam artikel tersebut, menurut saya kurang efektif jika seseorang yang melanggar hukum seperti membunuh seseorang di masukkan kedalam penjara. Seharusnya tersangka tersebut tidak di masukan ke dalam penjara namun seharusnya ia dimasukan ke dalam rumah sakit khusus merawat orang-orang yang memiliki kesehatan mental yang terganggu.
