4.perampok yang menakut-nakuti saja , tidak membunuh dan tidak mengambil harta benda. hukumnya hendak di beri hukuman penjara atau hukuman lainnya yang dapat menjadi pelajaran kepadanya , agar ia tidak mengulangi perbuatannya yang tidak baik itu.
