Based on the results of previous research and interview especially for the use of relational dialectics, then researchers feel the need to follow up with a more specific research regarding problems faced by teachers in school inclusion. This research aims to provide an alternative solution of the problems faced by teachers in school inclusion through the study of communication. One of them is based on the relational dialectics theory, yet the presence of raw model in the process of interaction between teachers with students of inclusion will try to answer in this research.
