Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan penelitian terdahulu terutama untuk penggunaan dialektika relasional, maka peneliti merasa perlu untuk menindaklanjuti dengan melakukan penelitian yang lebih spesifik mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi guru di sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bisa memberikan alternatif solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru di sekolah inklusi melalui kajian komunikasi. Salah satunya berbasis teori dialektika relasional, belum adanya model yang baku dalam proses interaksi antara guru dengan siswa inklusi akan coba dijawab dalam penelitian ini.

Based on the results of previous research and interview especially for the use of relational dialectics, then researchers feel the need to follow up with a more specific research regarding problems faced by teachers in school inclusion. This research aims to provide an alternative solution of the problems faced by teachers in school inclusion through the study of communication. One of them is based on the relational dialectics theory, yet the presence of raw model in the process of interaction between teachers with students of inclusion will try to answer in this research.

Based on interviews and previous research primarily for use relational dialectics, the researchers felt the need to follow up with more specific conduct research on the problems faced by teachers in school inclusion. This study aimed to provide an alternative solution to the problems faced by teachers in school inclusion through communication studies. One was based relational dialectics, there is no standard model in the process of interaction between teachers and students inclusions will try to answer in this study.
