Daerah Aliran Sungai - or DAS - mer

Daerah Aliran Sungai - or DAS - merupakan suatu unit hidrologi yang dibatasi oleh batas topografi dengan puncak tertinggi dari suatu wilayah aliran sungai, dimana air hujan yang jatuh di wilayah tersebut mengalir ke sungai-sungai kecil menuju sungai besar, hingga sungai utama yang kemudian mengalir ke danau atau laut. Tergantung dari topografi wilayahnya, sebuah DAS dapat dibagi kedalam beberapa puluh atau ratus Sub-DAS dan Sub-Sub-DAS, dsb.
