AbstractIMPLEMENTATION of the REGIONAL CITY of SEMARANG number 14 in 2011 ABOUT the SPATIAL PLAN of the CITY of SEMARANG in 2011-2031 (CASE STUDY AREA SPATIAL SIMONGAN). Spatial spatial planning is the process of and utilization of space area to control the development of compliance for most benefits the space where development is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the area. Spatial planning Semarang itself arranged in Semarang City Area Regulations number 14 in 2011 about the Spatial Plan of the city of Semarang in 2011-2031. Implementation of local regulations is difficult to do, such as occurred in the area of Simongan yng, district west of Semarang. The area in the rules area is referred to as the area of the provision of the settlement, but in fact there are still 12 companies that were in the area. Zoning regulations in the industrial area, the activities of the industry who are still outside of the area of the industry will be gradually relocated to the industry which has been set. There is a rejection of the businessmen, factory workers and the public against this policy.
