Perbedaan pendapat JIT dengan EROPA dan AMERIKA logika mendorong produksitivitas yang lebih besar dan menyambut produksi melebihi disepakati jadwal atau kuota ,dan persediaan ekstrem untuk mengatasi masalah permasalahan yang akan datang .JIT meminimalisir biaya persediaan yang telah dianggap negative, sebagai menghindari buaya atau sebagai aset.
Dalam produksi JIT- yang disebut produksi lamping, produk dengan persediaan yang kurang dan arus manufaktur terus- menerus tidak ada yang dibeli dan di produksi sampai saat dibutuhkan .
Dan kurangnya hubungan dan kepercayaan dalam jangka panjang yang menyebabkan daya JIT menurun.
