Dari pernyataan di atas jelas bahwa pendekatan multidisipliner menggabungkan beberapa disiplin ilmu kedalam suatu tema dan tidak tumpang tindih. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori Robin Forgarty (2009,p.65) menyatakan “webbed curricula represent the thematic approach to integrating subject matter.” Integrasi multidisipliner dilakukan tanpa menggabungkan kompetensi dasar tiap mata pelajaran sehingga tiap mata pelajaran masih memiliki kompetensi dasarnya sendiri.
Hasil observasi pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru telah mampu melaksanakan apa yang terdapat pada buku guru walaupun belum semua dilaksanakan seperti pengayaan dan remidi dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu. Jika dianalisis pendekatan multidisipliner ini sudah melekat pada buku guru. Sehingga jika guru sudah mampu melaksanakan apa yang terdapat dalam buku guru maka guru telah mampu melaksanakan pendekatan ini.
Guru juga menyusun jadwal pembelajaran tidak per mata pelajaran namun ditulis “tematik”. Pembelajaran tematik dilaksankan 36 JP/minggu. Pembelajaran yang belum dapat digabungkan adalah PJOK dan Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti.

So if teachers are able to carry out what is contained in the book the teachers so teachers have been able to implement this approach. Teachers are also scheduling of learning not per subject yet written "thematic". Thematic Learning kept 36 JP/week. Learning that is yet to be combined are PJOK and religious education and Manners.
