Saya setuju dengan pendapat Sutopo yang mengatakan bahwa selain sumur kering, kekurangan listrik juga mencegah beberapa pompa air bekerja dengan baik. Listrik adalah satu hal yang paling dibutuhkan untuk kehidupan. Setelah gempa terjadi,listrik mati total ." Karena listrik yang tidak menyala itu berpengaruh pada pemenuhan air bersih. Jadi pasca gempa itu banyak sumur menjadi kering, ada juga yang airnya dangkal, ada juga yang airnya keruh menjadi hitam. Sementara ada juga sumur yang hanya menggunakan pompa listrik.karena listrik mati, mereka pun tidak mendapatkan air bersih. Seharusnya pemerintah berupaya mencari aliran listrik, sehingga nantinya air tanah bisa diambil dengan menggunakan pompa. Pemerintah harus memperbaiki infrastruktur listrik sehingga lebih mudah pompa bekerja dan semua bisa mendapatkan air bersih yang layak untuk para korban gempa.
