11. Masing-masing pihak harus menanggung biaya-biaya dan ongkos-ongkos yang dikeluarkan untuk penyiapan PRAKUALIFIKASI dan/atau TENDER, pengajuan prakualifikasi dan penawaran serta setiap negosiasi berikutnya sesuai dengan porsinya. Apabila salah satu pihak akan mengeluarkan biaya yang menjadi beban bersama harus ada persetujuan sebelumnya dari pihak lainnya.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

11. If one of the parties will issue a cost borne jointly must exist prior consent of the other party.
