PIHAK PERTAMA sepakat untuk menuntut pembayaran ganti rugi berupa sisa durasi kontrak yang tidak dilanjutkan akibat pengakhiran masa kerja yang dilakukan baik oleh PIHAK KEDUA, atau PIHAK KEDUA sepakat untuk menuntut pembayaran ganti rugi berupa sisa durasi kontrak yang tidak dilanjutkan akibat pengakhiran masa kerja yang dilakukan baik oleh PIHAK PERTAMA.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

1. The FIRST PARTY agreed to demand payment of compensation in the form of the remaining duration of the contract which cannot be continued due to the termination of the good work done by the SECOND PARTY, or BOTH PARTIES agree to demand payment of compensation in the form of the remaining duration of the contract which cannot be continued due to the termination of the good work done by the FIRST PARTY.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

1. FIRST PARTY agreed to demand the payment of compensation of the remaining duration of the contract were not followed due to the termination of work performed by the SECOND PARTY, or the SECOND PARTY agreed to demand the payment of compensation of the remaining duration of the contract were not followed due to the termination of the work done either by the FIRST PARTY.
