Terhadap segala tuntutan-tuntutan pihak ketiga yang ditujukan kepada konsorsium maka akan menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing anggota konsorsium yang dinilai telah menimbulkan kerugian kepada pihak ketiga tersebut, oleh karenannya setiap anggota-anggota konsorsium bertanggung jawab atas setiap perbuatan yang dilakukannya.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Against any third party claims directed at the consortium then would be the responsibility of each Member of the consortium which has caused losses valued to such third party, by the karenannya each Member of the consortium members are responsible for any deed that he did.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

Against all third party claims, addressed to the consortium will be the responsibility of each member of the consortium which is considered to have great harm to the third party, by karenannya each of the members of the consortium responsible for any act of doing.
