Tulungagung” yang dibimbing oleh Dr. As'aril Muhajir, M.Ag.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena sekarang ini banyak anak-anak yang lebih mengedepankan belajar pengetahuan umum dari pada belajar pengetahuan agama Islam, sehingga pendidikan agama islam seakan-akan di nomor duakan. Mereka lebih menikmati belajar kursur-kursus tertentu yang tidak ada hubunganya dengan agama. Mereka mungkin menganggap belajar di Tpq memang tidak ada ujian nasional, sehingga beranggapan ijazah di Tpq tidak bisa digunakn untuk cari kerja. Maka dari itu, saya sangat tertarik untuk meneliti Tpq Ma’hadul Ilmi Wal Amal ini untuk menggali hal-hal yang lebih dalam lagi.
Fokus dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah (1) bagaiman upaya ustadz dalam memotivasi baca al quran di Tpq ma’hadul ilmi wal amal? (2) hal apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung para ustadz dalam memotivasi baca al quran di ma’hadul ilmi wal amal. Adapun yang menjadi tujun dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui para ustad dalam memotivasi belajar baca Al quran dan faktor penghambat dan pendukung apa saja dalam memotivasi baca Al quran.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini juga melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi, ketekunan pengamatan, dan memperpanjang pengamatan. Untuk tahap penelitian menggunakan tahap pra lapangan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap analisis data dan tahap penyelesaian.
Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pentingnya motivasi baca Al quran kepada anak-anak TPQ Ma’hadul ilmi Wal Amal Moyoketen Tulungagung 1). Motivasi kepada santri agar tetap semangat baca membaca Al quran yang diterapkan antara lain: memberi nilai, cerita islami, mengadakan kompetisi, membuat suasana belajar menyenangkan, memberi tugas, memberi sanjungan
2). Faktor penghambat: kurangnya waktu mengajar, intelegensi, anak-anak ikut les/kursus, orang tua kurang perhatian. Faktor pendukung: lingkungan yang kondusif, mudah merekrut ustad, sarana dan prasarana memadahi, terdapat masjid dan pondok.
Sebagai umat islam Al qura harus dipelajari dengan seksama agar tidak terjebak dalam lembah kehinaan dan Al quran merupakan pedoman hidup bagi tiap orang islam. Untuk itu sangat perlu memotivasi para santri agar menjadi generasi yang semangat belajar Al quran.

Tulungagung "which are led by Dr. As'aril Muhajir, M.Ag.Key Words: Effort, Motivation, Read The Quran, TPQ This event will be based on research by the phenomenon it is today many kids learning to put forward a more general knowledge than on learning knowledge of Islam, so that Islamic education as if numbers will. They'd enjoy learning kursur courses in particular that there is no relation with religion. They might consider studying at Tpq indeed there is no national exam, so assume a diploma in Tpq can not used to search for work. Therefore, I am very interested in researching the Tpq Ma'hadul Ilmi Wal Amal is to dig into things that are deeper.The focus in this thesis research are (1) how can the efforts of ustadz in motivating read al quran in Tpq ma'hadul ilmi wal amal? (2) any thing that hampered and supporter of the ustadz in motivating read al quran in ma'hadul ilmi wal amal. As for that being a tujun of this research is to know the ustad in motivating learning read Al quran and restricting factors and any supporters in motivating read Al quran.In this study using qualitative descriptive method, in the collection of the data using the method of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, using the analysis of the data, the presentation of the data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The study also checked the validity of the data by the triangular, persistence, and extend the observations observations. For research phase using a pre phase field phase, implementation, data analysis phase and stage of completion.The research results reveal that the importance of motivation read Al quran to children TPQ Ma'hadul ilmi Wal Amal Moyoketen, Tulungagung is 1). Motivate students to read Al-quran reading spirit applied among others: give value, Islamic stories, hold a competition, create a fun learning atmosphere, giving assignments, give flattery2.) Factor inhibitor: lack of time teaching, the intelligentsia, the kids join the les/course, older people are less considerate. Factor endowments: a conducive environment, easy to recruit ustad, memadahi facilities and infrastructure, there is a mosque and the cottage.As Muslims Al qura should be studied carefully in order not to get caught up in the Valley of humiliation and the quran is a guideline of life for everyone. For that very need to motivate the students to become future generations the spirit of learning Al quran.

Keywords: Effort, Motivation, Read Quran, TPQ The study was motivated by the phenomenon today many children that emphasizes learning general knowledge of the learned knowledge of Islam, so that Islamic religious education as if in the number-emphasized. They enjoy learning kursur-specific courses that have nothing to do with religion. They might consider studying in TPQ there is no national exam, so assume diploma in TPQ can not digunakn to find work. Therefore, I am very interested in studying TPQ Ma'hadul Ilmi Wal Amal to explore things more deeply. The focus in this thesis research is (1) how the cleric efforts in motivating read Qur'an in TPQ ma'hadul ilmi wal charity? (2) any matter that is the bottleneck and supporting religious teachers in motivating read the Qur'an in ma'hadul ilmi wal charity. As for the tujun of this study was to determine the cleric in motivating learning how to read Al-Quran and the factors inhibiting and supporting anything in motivating reading Al Quran. In this study using descriptive qualitative method, in data collection using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation , using the analysis of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study also checked the validity of the data by triangulation, perseverance observation, and extend the observations. For the research phase using the pre field, implementation, data analysis stage and the stage of completion. The results reveal that the importance of motivation to read Al-Quran to children TPQ Ma'hadul ilmi Wal Amal Moyoketen Tulungagung 1). Motivation to the students to keep the spirit of reading to read Al-Quran is applied, among others: give value, Islamic stories, holding competitions, create a pleasant learning atmosphere, giving the task, giving flattery 2). Inhibiting factors: the lack of teaching time, intelligence, the children participated les / course, parents are less attentive. Supporting factors: favorable environment, it is easy to recruit cleric, facilities and infrastructure memadahi, mosques and lodge there. As Muslims Al Qura should be studied carefully so as not to get caught up in the valley of humiliation and Al-Quran is a way of life for everyone islam. For that it is necessary to motivate the students to become the generation that learned the spirit of Al Quran.
