Irrigation System Performance Evaluation
Performance evaluation of irrigation systems meant is an action or activity to determine the condition of the irrigation system performance compared to the standard established plan. The performance is a total condition of components such as in the following description.
1. Physical Infrastructure condition Irrigation
2. Plant Productivity condition (results of the use of irrigation water)
3. Conditions Supporting Facilities Operation and Maintenance (OP) Irrigation
4. Conditions Personnel Organisation / Implementing OP Irrigation
5. Documentation conditions Irrigation
6. Institutional conditions P3A From manual operation and maintenance of the Central River Region (BBWS) Cimanuk Cisanggarung, performance irrigation systems are classified as in the following details. 1. Good classification performance conditions (steady) when the indicator shows the level of irrigation network service function 80% - 100%. 2. Condition if sufficient classification performance shows the level indicator irrigation network service function 50% - 79%. 3. Less if the performance condition classification indicates an indicator of irrigation network service functions 0-49%. Performance of irrigation network is heavily influenced by the physical condition of the building, the function of the channel, and other factors associated with the management of irrigation networks. Irrigation system performance assessment is part of the irrigation management and assessment is usually held once a year with a view to monitoring the functioning and performance of all aspects of the irrigation system. This assessment is conducted by the manager of the Regional Irrigation (DI) in accordance with their respective authorities.
