Setelah pelatihan Tupoksi dan SOP Kebencanaan ini diharapkan para peserta melakukan evaluasi terhadap tupoksi pada masing-masing BPBD Kabupaten/Kota dan Propinsi dan selanjutnya para peserta dapat memberikan masukan kepada BPBD terkait untuk perbaikan tupoksi, disamping itu juga para peserta diwajibkan untuk membuat SOP yang dibutuhkan pada BPBD masing-masing Kabupaten/Kota dan Propinsi. Hal ini dilakukan supaya para peserta dapat mengaplikasikan materi pelatihan yang telah diajarkan selama pelatihan berlangsung. SOP yang dibuat kemudian dikonsultasikan sampai SOP tersebut menjadi sebuah SOP yang bisa diimplementasikan. Setelah pelatihan Tupoksi dan SOP Kebencanaan ini maka langkah selanjutnya peserta pelatihan yang sama perlu diberi pembekalan tentang Analisis Jabatan dan Uraian Tugas yang ada di BPBD serta pemahaman terkait dengan standar kompetensi. Hal ini dalam rangka untuk memberikan pemahaman dan ketrampilan kepada para peserta agar mereka sebagai staf BPBD dapat bekerja secara profesional dan selanjutnya memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat.

After training the Auth and SOP Disaster is expected the participants to evaluate against auth on each BPBD district/city and Province and then the participants can give input to the BPBD related to improvement auth, in addition also the participants are required to make the required SOP on BPBD each district/city and province. This is done so that participants can apply the training materials that have been taught during the training session. SOP made then be consulted until the SOUP into a SOUP that can be implemented. After training and SOP this Disaster Auth then next steps participants the same training needs to be given a supply of Office of Analysis and Description of the task that is in BPBD and understanding related to the standard of competence. This is in order to provide understanding and skills to the participants so that they can work as BPBD staff professionally and provide optimal to the community.

After training Auth and SOP Disaster is expected the participants to evaluate the duties of each BPBDs District / Municipal and provincial and subsequently the participants to provide input to BPBDs related to improvement of the duties, as it also the participants are required to make the SOP takes on BPBDs each regency / city and province. This is done so that the participants can apply the training materials have been taught during the training. SOP created then consulted until it becomes an SOP SOP that can be implemented. After training and SOP Disaster Auth is the next step the same trainees need to be given a briefing about the Job Analysis and Job Description in BPBDs and understanding related to standards of competence. This is in order to provide insight and skills to the participants so that they can work as a staff BPBDs professionally and further to provide optimum service to the community.
