Perbaikan kerusakan terhadap bangunan selama Masa Pemeliharaan adalah berdasarkan formulir PPR yang telah disepakati PARA PIHAK.
9.3 Ketentuan mengenai Masa Pemeliharaan ini berakhir apabila:
a. Berakhirnya jangka waktu Masa Pemeliharaan
b. Selama Masa Pemeliharaan berlaku PEMBELI telah melakukan pengubahan atau melakukan renovasi sendiri atas bangunan.
