Musculaskeletal disorders merupakan permasalahan yang umum ditemui pada industri terlebih pada usaha kecil menengah. UKM Aliani merupakan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan produk pangan yang ada di kota Malang. Kebanyakan aktivitas penanganan bahan secara manual yang tidak memperhatikan kenyamanan dan keamanan pada tubuh pekerja. Aktivitas kerja manual akan berpengaruh pada postur kerja dan memperbesar terjadinya keluhan MSDs. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penilaian postur kerja saat melakukan proses produksi abon jamur dan menentukan postur kerja usulan berdasarkan perbaikan nilai postur kerja yang didapatkan.

SME Aliani is the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engaged in the processing of food products there are in the city of Malang. Most of the activity handling the material manually which doesn't pay attention to comfort and safety on the body of workers. Manual work activities will affect the working posture and enlarge the occurrence of MSDs complaints. The purpose of this study is to conduct an assessment of the working posture while doing mushrooms and shredded the production process determine the working posture of the proposals based on the value of the repair work posture obtained.
