The purpose of this research is to identify the factors in addition to the commitment of the head of the regional policy, mutation, quality of human resources, compliance with legislation and regulation of the complicated causes of yan low follow-up recommendations of the Agency's inspection results Financial Examiner of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK-RI) Representative Government in the province of Maluku province of Maluku.The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using the case study method. Informants in this study were officials and staff involved in follow-up on the Secretariat of the PARLIAMENT, the revenue, the Financial Manager and the assets of the region (BPPKAD), the unity of the nation and politics (Kesbangpol), public works and the Department of marine and fisheries. Engineering data collection method using a semi structured interview.
