Juliana J. Pattikawa, Nim 136 9414 116, Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tindak Lanjut Rekomendasi Hasil Pemeriksaan BPK-RI Perwakilan Provinsi Maluku. (Dibimbing oleh: J. Lekatompessy dan S. J. Hehanussa).
Penelitian ini membahas tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK-RI) Perwakilan Provinsi Maluku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor selain komitmen kepala daerah, kebijakan mutasi, kualitas SDM, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan regulasi yan rumit yang menyebabkan rendahnya tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK-RI) Perwakilan Provinsi Maluku pada Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku.
Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat dan staf yang terlibat dalam tindak lanjut pada Sekretariat DPRD, Badan Pendapatan, Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD), Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol), Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan Model Miles-Hubermen.
Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor lain yang menyebabkan rendahnya tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK-RI) Perwakilan Provinsi Maluku pada Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku adalah aset, tim penyelesaian kerugian negara/daerah, masyarakat (pihak ketiga) dan kejadian diluar dugaan.

This study discusses the follow-up on the results of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK-RI) Representatives of the Province of Maluku. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors in addition to the commitment of regional heads, policy mutation, the quality of human resources, compliance with legislation and regulations yan complicated for the low follow-up on results of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK-RI) Representatives of the Province Maluku in Maluku Provincial Government.
The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using case studies. Informants in this study were officials and staff involved in the follow-up to the Parliament Secretariat, Revenue Agency, Finance Management and Asset (BPPKAD), the National Unity and Politics (Kesbangpol), Department of Public Works and the Department of Marine and Fisheries. The data collection technique using semi-structured interviews. Data analysis using Model-Hubermen Miles.
The results of data analysis showed that other factors that cause low follow-up on results of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK-RI) Representatives of the Province of Maluku in Maluku provincial government is an asset, a team of settlement losses countries / regions, the public (third party) and unexpected events.
