Many teachers who are less controlled the competence, the competence of personality pedagogy, social competence and professional competence is the Foundation of the learning process. The quality of educators who are still low is difficult to achieve the desired learning objectives. To face the challenges that teachers must be continuously studied as an attempt to develop its own competence. Formulation of the problem in the writing of this thesis are: (1) how the pedagogic competence, competency descriptions of personality, social competence and the professional competence of teachers and the learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district? (2) does the influence of teachers ' pedagogic competence against the achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district? (3) does the influence of teacher's personality competency against the achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district? (4) does the influence of social competence of teachers towards learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district? (5) Did the influence of professional competence of teachers towards learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district? (6) Whether the competence of pedagogic, social competence, personality, competencies and professional competence of teachers together have an effect on student learning achievement on the Moral soundness of subjects in MTsN se-Tulungagung district? The purpose of this research is to know the: (1) to analyse the professional competencies, competency descriptions of personality of teachers and the learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district. (2) to analyse the influence of teachers ' pedagogic competence against the achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district. (3) in order to analyze the influence of teacher's personality competency against the achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district. (4) in order to analyse the influence of social competence of teachers towards learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district. (5) in order to analyze the influence of the professional competence of teachers towards learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district. (6) in order to analyze the effect of pedagigik competence, social competence, personality, competencies and professional competence of teachers towards learning achievements of students in the subjects Moral Creed on MTsN se-Tulungagung district.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di MTsN se Kabupaten Tulungagung sebanyak 8 lembaga sekolah. Kemudian dengan teknik cluster sampling dipilih 3 lembaga sekolah dengan populasi sebanyak 2742 siswa. Jumlah sampel berdasarkan tabel Issac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5% yaitu sebanyak 317 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrument angket. Analisis data dan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana (uji t), regresi berganda (uji F). Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 93,55. Kompetensi kepribadian terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata75,95. Kompetensi sosial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung termasuk dalam kategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 45,00. Kompetensi profesional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 50,70. (2) Prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 75,87. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung sebesar 23%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-Kabupaten Tulungagung, yaitu sebesar 79%. (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi sosial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-Kabupaten Tulungagung, yaitu sebesar 10%. (6) Terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi profesional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MTsN se-kabupaten Tulungagung sebesar 12%.
