Strategi pengembangkan model kopera

Strategi pengembangkan model koperasi mahasiswa berbasis syariah di lingkungan kampus UM, didasarkan pada analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan (analisis SWOT). Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi terkait profil koperasi syariah dan kondisi riil KOPMA UM, maka dikembangkan Model Koperasi Mahasiswa berbasis Syariah yang ditekankan pada aspek kelembagaan dan bidang usaha. Model ini didasarkan pada abalisis SWOT dengan memperhatikan Strengths, weakness, opportunities, trats. Stregths (kekuatan) yang dimiliki KOPMA antara lain: ada matakuliah kewirausahaan, matakuliah ekonomi syariah, pusat penelitian ekonomi dan kewirausahaan, laboratorium perbankan syariah, lembaga dakwah kampus, kajian muslim study.
