Danamon berkomitmen untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada pelapor, guna menumbuhkan rasa aman dan mendorong pelapor untuk berani melaporkan pelanggaran. Perlindungan ini diberikan dalam bentuk:
a. Perlindungan Kerahasiaan identitas pelapor termasuk informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menghubungi pelapor.
b. Perlindungan atas tindakan balasan dari terlapor atau pihak lain yang mempunyai kepentingan.
c. Perlindungan dari tekanan, hak-hak sebagai karyawan, gugatan hukum, harta benda hingga tindakan fisik.
d. Perlindungan tidak hanya untuk pelapor tetapi dapat juga diperluas sampai kepada anggota keluarga pelapor.

Selain itu, Danamon juga menyediakan perlindungan hukum sejalan dengan ketentuan dan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Komitmen ini meliputi perlindungan dari tuntutan pidana dan/atau perdata, serta perlindungan atas keamanan pribadi dan/atau keluarga pelapor dari ancaman fisik dan/atau mental.
