Nyale adalah sebuah pesta atau upacara yang dikenal dengan Bau Nyale. Kata Bau berasal dari Bahasa Sasak yang berarti menangkap sedangkan kata Nyale berarti cacing laut yang hidup di lubang-lubang batu karang dibawah permukaan laut.

Bau Nyale merupakan sebuah acara perburuan cacing laut. Acara ini diselenggarakan sekitar bulan Februari dan Maret. Tempat penyelenggaraan upacara Bau Nyale ini ada di Pantai Seger, Kuta. Terletak dibagian selatan Pulau Lombok
