Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional. Menurut waktunya, penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross sectional. Sampel yang di ambil 30 ibu premenopause dengan menggunakan metode Total Sampling. Variabel independen adalah pengetahuan ibu premenopause dependennya adalah Osteoporosis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Premenopause Tentang Osteoporosis di Puskesmas Cerme Kecamatan Cerme Kabupaten Gresik. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner dan observasi perilaku ibu dan kemudian data hasil penelitian ditabulasi dalam bentuk table.
