ketika ada bawahan yang jauh lebih berpengalaman kadang di situasi seperti ini membuat saya seperti kurang tegas untuk menyampaikan sesuatu. saya di latih untuk dijadikan atasan apapun itu harus saya hadapi. saya coba untuk pendekatan dan saling mengenal agar mengetahui bawahan saya tersebut. seperti mengajak makan bersama atau minum kopi bersama. hasilnya ketika kita bisa menghormati orang maka orang akan berbalik menghormati kita. itu saja.
