Pada penelitian ini, tipologi Gate

Pada penelitian ini, tipologi Gate dibagi ke dalam tiga bagian antara lain berdasarkan aspek fungsinya, kemudian berdasarkan aspek topologinya(setting) dan aspek morfologinya (bentuk). Temuan berdasarkan aspek fungsi dan topologi akan dikaji menggunakan teori Lynch (1992), Julian Edney (1974). Sedangkan aspek bentuk akan dikaji menggunakan teori Rapoport (1990) dan D.K. Ching (2000).

In this study, a typology of Gate is divided into three parts, among others, based on the aspects of functionality, then based on aspects of the topology (the setting) and morfologinya (form). The findings are based on aspects of functions and topology will be studied using the theory of Lynch (1992), Julian Edney (1974). While aspects of the forms will be studied using the theory of Rapoport (1990) and D.K. Ching (2000).
