The results of research in the field shows that the implementation of service quality management of promotion in the Civil Service Personnel Agency of Education and the Regional Training Ogan Ilir covering Tangiables dimensions, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy show good results. Of the fifth dimension, the dimension Tangiables and Reliablity inadequate and still be a limiting factor in service promotions. Based on these results it can be suggested that the overall dimensions of the results has shown good results, so it needs to be maintained and improved, while on the dimensions Tangiables with indicators of performance physical facilities, equipment, appearance of personnel and means of communication to be able to be improved and enhanced, as well as the dimensions of Reliability with indicators of cost of service is enhanced oversight in order to measure irregularities in the Civil Service Agency of Education and Training area does not happen again future.
