Komunikasi adalah proses dimana komunikator menyampaikan pesan terhadap komunikan untuk mendapatkan saling pengertian, yang berlangsung secara langsung atau melalui media.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang dilakukan komunitas Bebek Jahat dalam mempertahankan loyalitas anggotanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Dalam penelitian kualitatif digunakan logika induktif abstraktif. Hasil penelitian tentang pola komunikasi organisasi dalam mempertahankan loyalitas anggota komunitas Bebek Jahat adalah arus pesan yang dilakukan dalam berkomunikasi antar anggota-anggotanya, arus pesan tersebut berupa komunikasi kebawah yakni pesan yang diterima pendiri atau ketua yang berupa undangan maupun pesan singkat, diteruskan kebagian humas Bebek Jahat, kemudian disebarkan oleh humas tersebut kepada seluruh anggota Bebek Jahat secara serentak. Pesan tersebut dapat berisi undangan acara komunitas Bebek Jahat sendiri, atau undangan yang diadakan oleh komunitas lain yang mengharapkan kehadiran komunitas Bebek Jahat.Organisasi sendiri merupakan suatu unit sosial yang terdiri atas organ-organ yang memiliki tugas dan pembagian kerja masing-masing namun saling berhubungan dan berkaitan satu sama lain guna mencapi suatu tujuan tertentu. Organisasi merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia dalam rangka mencapai tujuan dan cita-cita bersama. Komunitas Bebek Jahat adalah komunitas motor jadul era 90’ an yang direstorasi menjadi baru seperti dari pabrik. Bebek Jahat merupakan wadah komunitas penghobi dan pecinta Honda Motor Classic yang bertujuan membangun tali persaudaraan melalui wadah otomotif yang berada di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang dilakukan komunitas Bebek Jahat dalam mempertahankan loyalitas anggotanya.
