Keluhan ini baru pertama kali dirasakan pasien. Riwayat alergi dibantah pasien, riwayat bersin di pagi hari, dan riwayat asma dibantah pasien. Pasien sebagai Ibu rumah tangga sering mencuci baju dirinya sendiri. Pasien mengaku beberapa bulan terakhir menggunakan sabun cuci “rinso” untuk mencuci baju. Pasien mengatakan kaki pasien sering terkena kontak dengan air sabun yang membuat bercak pada kaki pasien menjadi bertambah merah dan gatal. Pasien mengaku suka mengganti sabun cuci ataupun sabun mandi secara tidak menentu. Pasien mengatakan mengganti “spray” setiap seminggu sekali. Pasien juga menggunakan air pam dan air “sanyo” untuk mandi.
