Apabila PIHAK KEDUA tidak dapat men

Apabila PIHAK KEDUA tidak dapat menyelesaikan kewajiban menurut pasal 3 perjanjian ini, PIHAK KEDUA akan dikenakan denda sebesar 1% (satu perseribu) dari nilai biaya kewajiban PIHAK KEDUA untuk setiap hari keterlambatan, kecuali keterlambatan tersebut sebagai akibat adanya force majeure atau alasan lain yang dapat diterima / disetujui PIHAK PERTAMA secara tertulis.

When the SECOND PARTY could not complete an obligation according to article 3 of this agreement, BOTH PARTIES will be subject to a fine of 1% (one-thousandths of an) from the value of the SECOND party liability costs for each day of delay, unless the delay as a result of force majeure or other reasons that can be accepted/approved the FIRST PARTY in writing.

If the SECOND PARTY could not complete the obligations under article 3 of this agreement, the SECOND PARTY will incur a penalty of 1% (one thousandth) of the value of the cost of liability SECOND PARTY for each day of delay, unless the delay as a result of force majeure or other reasons acceptable / FIRST PARTY approved in writing.
