18.2 Perjanjian ini tidak berakhir karena salah satu pihak meninggal dunia atau bubar tetapi mengikat ahli waris atau pengganti hak masing-masing pihak. Dalam hal PEMBELI meninggal dunia maka dalam jangka waktu 60 hari, ahli waris yang sah menurut Undang-Undang wajib memberika bukti keterangan waris. Segala beban dan biaya yang timbul berkenaan dengan pengalihan tersebut akan menjadi beban ahli waris.

In the event that the BUYER dies then within a period of 60 days, the legitimate heir according to mandatory law provides evidence of description. All the burdens and costs that arise with regard to such redirects would be a burden on the beneficiary.

18.2 This Agreement does not expire because one of the parties dies or disperse but bind heir or successor rights of each party. In the event that the Purchaser died within 60 days, the legal heirs under the Act shall gives evidence heir statement. All costs and expenses incurred in respect of the transfer will be borne by the heirs.
