ANALISA PELUANG USAHA
A. SWOT
1. STRENGTH (Kekuatan)
Kekuatan dalam usaha ini yaitu Cara pembuatannya yang mudah dan Mudahnya dalam menemukan bahan bakunya. Bahan bakunya sangat Mengandung banyak Manfaat bagi tubuh.
2. WEAKNESS (Kelemahan)
Usaha ini dapat juga mempunyai kelemahan yaitu dari cara Pembuatanya yang tidak memakai bahan pengawet maka Produk ini sangat mudah basi lama bertahan sampai 2 Minggu.
3. OPPORTUNITY (Peluang)
Karena kentang banyak dijumpai di kota Pati maka dari itu Saya membuat usaha ini dengan tujuan memproleh keuntungan.
4.THREAT V (Ancaman)
Saya mengatasi Ancaman-ancaman dari luar dengan membuat Inovasi-inovasi yang baru.
