ABSTRAK
Aplikasi penggajian karyawan merupakan alat bantu dalam menghitung,
menyimpan dan mengelola data-data gaji karyawan sehingga mempermudah
dalam menghitung pengeluaran gaji pada tiap proyek yang ada. Saat ini PT. Rajek
Wesi masih menerapkan sistem penggajian secara manual, sehingga diperlukan
suatu cara untuk mengelola data menjadi informasi yang tepat guna dan efisien,
yaitu suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu
aplikasi yang memuat dan mengelola semua data mengenai pengajian karyawan,
mulai dari penanggung jawab proyek, absensi karyawan, dan laporan penggajian
karyawan per-proyek. Dalam proses penggajian karyawan pada PT.Rajek Wesi
dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali. Diharapkan dengan sistem yang
terkomputerisasi dapat mempermudah dan mengurangi waktu dalam mencari
informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dengan alasan tersebut maka perlu dibuat suatu
Aplikasi Penggajian Karyawan.
