LARANGAN BAGI PEMANTAU PEMILU

1. Melakukan kegiatan yang dapat mengganggu proses pelaksanaan Pemilu;
2. Mempengaruhi pemilih dalam menggunakan haknya untuk memilih;
3. Mencampuri tugas dan wewenang penyelenggara Pemilu;
4. Memihak kepada peserta Pemilu tertentu;
5. Menggunakan seragam, warna, atau atribut lain yang memberikan kesan mendukung peserta Pemilu;
6. Menerima atau memberikan hadiah, imbalan, atau fasilitas apapun dari atau kepada peserta Pemilu;
7. Mencampuri dengan cara apapun urusan politik dan pemerintahan dalam negeri Indonesia;
8. Membawa senjata, bahan peledak dan/atau bahan berbahaya lainnya selama melakukan tugas pemantauan;
9. masuk ke dalam area TPS;
10. melakukan kegiatan lain yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan sebagai pemantau Pemilu.
