pada zaman dahulu ada sebuah desa, hidup sebuah keluarga yang sangat kaya, sudah beberapa hari kemudian ibu anak tersebut wafat. anak itu bernama Klara. sudah beberapa bulan ayah klara menikah dengan seorang wanita yang cantik yang namanya mariam, dan ayah klara bernama Pak sudir.

sudah beberapa tahun mariam mempunyai satu anak perempuan. dari semenjak kecil ibu nya sangat tidak suka pada anak itu, karena anak itu penyakitnya menular dan kemudian ibu tersebut membawa anak nya jauh dari rumah.
pada suatu hari ibu anak tersebut pergi jalan jalan dengan mobil mewah dengan klara, lalu klara berkata ibu itu kan adik, sang ibu tidak memperdulikan karena anak nya itu sangatlah jelek, dia malu sama kawan kawanya. karena kawan kawan ibu itu anaknya ganteng dan cantik cantik.

sudah beberapa minggu ibu itu mencari anak nya karena dia sudah menyesal. tetapi klara di pelihara baik baik, meskipun klara bukan anak kandung nya.
