perhitungan Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT). Perhitungan dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor beban tubuh pekerja terhadap postur ganjil pekerja. Analisis postur menggunakan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk mengetahui nilai risiko postur pekerja saat proses produksi. Perhitungan antropometri dilakukan pada bagian tubuh pekerja sebagai dasar usulan perancangan fasilitas dan peralatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM Ailani pada bulan februari 2016 dengan 4 pekerja sebagai sampel ditiap stasiun kerja. Terdapat 2 pekerja pada proses penggorengan,1 pekerja pada pengemasan dan 1 pekerja menangani proses pencucian, perebusan, penggilingan dan penirisan.
