what will demotivate an entire workplace in terms of discipline?

according to the article ,nothing will demotivated the entire workplace than publik discipline. Publik discipline will make the employee embarasse and make the rest workplace lose motivation.

And here some other opinion what will demotivate the employee are :

a. lack of career vision

b. job insecurity

c. feeling under valued, if an employee feels their effort are not being recognized or appreciate , they'ii soon begin to lack energy and commitment in their job

d.no development opportunities , regular training and development can help boost employee motivation and engagement.
