Dengan demikian jumlah penyelenggaraan Rapat Dewan Pengawas Syariah selama tahun 2014 telah memenuhi peraturan Bank Indonesia .
Keputusan dalam rapat Dewan Pengawas Syariah UUS Danamon dilakukan berdasarkan musyawarah mufakat. Hasil keputusan rapat tersebut telah dicatat dalam Risalah Rapat, didokumentasikan secara lengkap serta disampaikan kepada Direktur dan atau manajemen UUS Danamon untuk diimplementasikan
1. Melakukan review dan mengevaluasi pemenuhan prinsip syariah secara berkala serta melakukan uji petik (sampling) atas kegiatan penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana, melakukan review dan mengevaluasi aspek syariah atas akad-akad penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana, kebijakan dan prosedur operasional untuk memastikan kesesuaian antara ketentuan syariah dan pelaksanaannya di lapangan.
Selama tahun 2014, DPS telah melakukan uji petik (sampling) yang dilakukan dengan memilih sample sebanyak nasabah pendanaan dan nasabah pembiayaan, yang terdiri dari :

• .. nasabah Koperasi Karyawan dan
• .. Nasabah Komersial/UKM/SME serta
• .. nasabah Solusi Emas Syariah
Dari sebanyak .... nasabah tersebut, DPS telah memilih sebanyak .... (............) nasabah dengan kriteria pembiayaan dengan kisaran angka/nilai pembiayaan terbesar, sedang dan terkecil. Rinciannya adalah sebagai berikut :
