1. Definition Selection Principal / Madrasah
Selection of candidates for the head of school / madrasah is a series of activities undertaken to select teachers and experienced potentially best prepared to accept additional duties as head of the school / madrasah. The process includes two stages: (1) recruitment (selection and administration of academic selection) and (2) education and training.
2. Selection objectives Principal / Madrasah
a. Getting prospective principals / madrasah which has the potential and the best experience in the field of leadership so that those concerned can carry out the duties and functions of the head of school / madrasah effectively;
b. Develop the competencies required by the prospective principals / madrasah to carry out the task of leadership and management are effective in improving processes and student learning outcomes;
c. Provide adequate learning experience and can be a stimulant to the process of continuous professional development candidate for the head of school / madrasah in the future. 3. Target Selection Principal / Madrasah Target Selection principals / madrasah are teachers that have the potential to earn additional duties as head of the school / madrasah.
