dalam Moleong (2004: 5) “Penelitian kualitatif adalah
pengumpulan data pada suatu latar alamiah, dengan menggunakan metode alamiah, dan dilakukan oleh orang atau peneliti yang tertarik secara
alamiah.”
Dimana peneliti akan langsung meneliti bertemu dengan responden dan memilih beberapa responden yang akan diteliti. Selain itu, peneliti akan mencari beberapa informasi dari kondisi kelas yang akan diteliti. Peneliti wajib untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang objek yang diteliti. Selain itu, untuk menganalisa hasil data, peneliti akan menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Arikunto .S (2010)
mengungkapkan bahwa “
