Hasil penelitian didapatkan spesifikasi boiler jenis Vertical fire tube boiler dengan tekanan uap operasi 2 bar dan tekanan internal perancangan 6 bar. Dimensi boiler diameter 504,6mm, tinggi 1450 mm dan di dalamnya terdapat pipa api dengan diameter 42 mm berjumlah 13 buah. Bahan bakar menggunakan kayu bakar dan juga volume air maksimal yang dapat diisikan dalam boiler hingga 89,4 liter. Material yang digunakan untuk plat yaitu carbon steel SA 285 Grade C dan untuk pipa-pipa materialnya yaitu seamless carbon steel SA 53 Grade B.
