Uncountable since the handover of land and Buildings from the seller to the buyer, as mentioned in paragraph 6.3 or Paragraph 6.5 of this article, then: a. All the risks on the ground and the building goes to the buyer. b. all the burdens and the costs incurred with respect to the ownership and use of Land and buildings, including but not limited to the Earth and building Tax, tax/levy/other dues become dependent and must be fully paid by the buyer. c. the SELLER not responsible for land and buildings and has no obligations towards the buyer, except: -maintenance for a period referred to in article 9 of this agreement, -AJB before signing for the CONVEYANCER as stipulated in article 10 of this agreement.
