c. PENJUAL tidak bertanggung jawab atas Tanah dan Bangunan dan tidak mempunyai kewajiban terhadap PEMBELI, kecuali:
- untuk masa pemeliharaan yang dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 Perjanjian ini,
- untuk penandatanganan AJB di hadapan PPAT sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 10 perjanjian ini.
