pertama-tama kami ingin menyampaikan permintaan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan layanan yang diberikan oleh Padinet, sejak tanggal 26 Febuari 2015 yang lalu, sehubungan dengan terputusnya kabel Fiber Optik bawah laut, yang mengakibatkan gangguan koneksi Internet melalui salah satu uplink utama Padinet yaitu Matrix Cable System.

Hal ini memberikan dampak pengurangan kapasitas bandwidth secara besar-besaran sehingga Padinet mencoba mengusahakan untuk dapat mengalihkan dan melakukan penambahan bandwidth melalui Uplink lainnya.

Berbeda dengan kondisi terputusnya kabel FO di darat, terputusnya kabel FO bawah laut membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama karena penanganannya jauh lebih rumit dari penanganan di darat
