This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires Nordic Body Map (NBM) to obtain the data of worker complaints. Posture analysis using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) was conducted to determine the value of the risk posture of workers during the production process of making shredded mushrooms. Anthropometric calculation performed on the body of the worker to design appropriate facilities and equipment. This research was conducted in four workers involved in the production process on SMEs Ailani shredded mushrooms.
