RAHMAT HIDAYAT., 2015., UJI EFEK ANTI HIPERGLIKEMIK EKSTRAK ETANOL 70% DAUN KEJI BELING (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) SKRIPSI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA.
ESSENCERAHMAT HIDAYAT, 2015., test the EFFECT of ETHANOL EXTRACT of ANTI HIPERGLIKEMIK 70% LEAVES VILE BELING (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) THESIS, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, UNIVERSITY FAITHFUL BUDI, SURAKARTA. Leaves vile beling (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) has long been known by the people of Indonesia for traditional medicine. Leaves vile beling (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) are the Verbenaceae. The purpose of the research is to find out and prove its usefulness as anti-hiperglikemik effect test, and to check the most effective dose of ethanol extract 70% leaves vile beling as anti hiperglikemik. The process of penyarian leaves vile beling method using maceration with solvent ethanol 70%. Research on the process of using animal test white male Wistar Strain rats 25 tail is divided into 5 groups of diabetic condition treatment on induction aloksan monohidrat 5 ml/200 g BB. A negative control group CMC 1%, glibenklamid (0.9 mg/200 g BB), dose (200 mg/g 0,043 W), dose (0,086 mg/200 g BB), and with the dose (200 mg/0,130 g BB). Blood glucose levels were measured on day 1, the 3rd, 6th, 9th. Analysis of data obtained by one way Anova with a level of confidence of 95% test followed Dunnett T3. The research results showed that 70% ethanol extract with a dose of 200 mg/g 0,043 W, 0,086 mg/200 g BB and 0,130 mg/200 g BB can lower blood glucose levels of white male Wistar Strain rats. The third dose to be tested significantly different views from the effects of the anti-diabetesnya. 0,130 mg/dose 200 g BB is most effective in lowering blood glucose levels because at this dose results drop in blood glucose levels that are nearly equivalent to the effect of the positive control (glibenklamid 0.9 mg/200 g BB). Key words: leaf vile beling, ethanol extract 70%, anti diabetic, white rat males.

ESSENCE OF THE GRACE HIDAYAT., 2015, EFFECTS TEST ANTI ETHANOL 70% hyperglycemic LEAF EXTRACT nasty shard (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) Thesis, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, UNIVERSITY OF FAITHFUL BUDI, Surakarta. The leaves nasty shard (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) has long been known by the people of Indonesia as traditional medicine. Leaves nasty shard (Strobilanthes crispus, BL.) Is Verbenaceae. The research objective was to determine and prove the efficacy as an anti-hyperglycemic effects test and pinpoint the most effective dose 70% ethanol extract of leaves nasty shard as an anti-hyperglycemic. The process leaves nasty shard penyarian using maceration method by ethanol 70%. In the process of research using test animals white mice 25 male Wistar strain were divided into 5 groups with the condition that in the induction of alloxan diabetes monohydrate 5 ml / 200 g body weight. Negative control group CMC 1%, glibenclamide (0.9 mg / 200 g BW), dose (0.043 mg / 200 g BW), dose (0.086 mg / 200g BB), and the dose (0.130 mg / 200 g BW). Blood glucose levels were measured on day 1, the 3rd, 6th, 9th. Analysis of data obtained by Anova one way with a level of 95% followed Dunnett T3 test. The results showed that 70% ethanol extract at a dose of 0.043 mg / 200 g BB, 0.086 mg / 200 g body weight and 0.130 mg / 200 g BW can reduce levels blood glucose strain Wistar male rats. The third dose tested significantly different views of the effects of anti diabetes. Dose of 0.130 mg / 200 g BW most effective in lowering blood glucose levels because at this dose results in blood glucose levels decline almost equivalent to the effect of the positive control (glibenclamide 0.9 mg / 200 g BW). Keywords: leaves nasty shard , 70% ethanol extract, anti-diabetic, white male rats.
