Segala pengubahan dan penambahan atas bangunan sebelum dilakukan serah terima, harus mendapat persetujuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari PENJUAL. Setiap pengubahan atau penambahan bangunan harus dikerjakan oleh tenaga ahli PENJUAL dan biayabiaya yang timbul serta resiko keterlambatan penyelesaian pembangunan menjadi beban dan tanggung jawab PEMBELI.
