TERMINAL Lamong Bay
1. Background
Port of Tanjung Perak is the biggest port into two in Indonesia and has a very important role to facilitate system Logistics in Eastern Indonesia.

At Lamong Bay Terminal Development Project was divided into Phase 2, where. at each stage consists of two lines.

o Line I:
Pier International 500-meter
Domestic dock along 450 meters
Trestle along 970 meters
Stacking Container Fields area of 15.86 hectares.
Courses Dry Bulk buildup area of 8 hectares.
o line II::
Office Building
Transit Fields area of 7 ha
Causeway along the 1,900 meter
Interstate Bridge along 800 meters.
- for the second phase of the planned concept Terminal Development Lamong bay area of 386.12 hectares, namely:
o Terminal line I (covering an area of 140 ha) as the Terminal Operations Zone Langsung.untuk activities Stevedoring, Storage and Receiving & Delivery.
o Terminal line II (covering an area of 246.12 ha) as the Terminal Operations Direct Support Zone for distribution activities and the consolidation of goods (Depo containers) as well as logistics services that support the operation of container Terminal and Bulk Dry ..
2. Space Utilization Permit
In accordance with the mandate of the Governor of East Java through Space Utilization Permit (IPR) published by the Investment Board of East Java Province Number: P2T / 30 / 01:01 / 01 / X / 2012 dated October 10, 2012 covering an area of 386.12 hectares, then to Terminal Zone Development for the Gulf Terminal Operations Support Lamong (on line II), PT. PT. Together Building a Java Regional Owned East Java province, which is controlled by:

of PT. Pelindo III has done a Cooperation Agreement with PT. Together Building Java (PT. Cooperation Agreement concessions include:
- Operating Pier
- Warehouse Management and Field buildup
- As well as other activities on Line I and Line II as a single concession with a unity of rights and obligations, including the status of land reclaimed both on Line I and Line II which will have the status HGB above ground HPL Port Authority and the period of the concession for the operation of the terminal that includes line I and line II with the scheme Build Operate and Transfer (BOT).

4. Cooperation with Investors

5. Conclusion
a. From the description above, which can be done in cooperation with private investors, namely area: 116 ha + 54 + 45 Ha Ha Ha = 215.
B. PT. Pelindo III proposes cooperation with the concession to a third party for 98 (ninety eight) years for the construction and development of Terminal Lamong bay.
