Sampel limbah cair pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, kabupaten Pasuruan. Pengamatan dan pengujian dilakukan selama 10 hari dengan selang waktu 5 hari, yaitu hari ke 0, hari ke 5, hari ke 10. Hasil dari penelitian ini ketiga perlakuan kombinasi bakteri Acinetobacter baumannii, Bacillus meganterium, Nitrococcus sp. dan Pseudomonas putida didapatkan hasil untuk kadar histamin ND yang artinya No Detected (belum terdeteksi adanya kandungan senyawa tersebut), untuk rata-rata analisa pH mengalami kenaikan dari kontrol, hari ke 5 sampai hari ke 10.
