Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap kebutuhan dosen ideal dan analisa SWOT dapat disimpulkan bahwa :
1. Perkiraan jumlah total kebutuhan dosen ideal pada tahun 2015-2016 adalah 68 dan 74 orang. Terdapat gap kelebihan jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah total dosen.
2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, prioritas utama strategi pemenuhan kebutuhan dosen di Universitas 45 Mataram adalah dengan memanfaatkan dukungan Yayasan dalam pengadaan dosen dengan dengan merekrut lulusan program beasiswa calon dosen dan dosen purna tugas pengembangan kompetensi dosen serta memberikan akses kemudahan dalam mengurus NIDN dan NIDK.
