Semua menganggap hubungan baik dengan tetangga kondisi kerja yang baik, upah yang baik dan keamanan kerja memotivasi tetapi dalam pekerjaaan dan sifat manusia . predorick herbeg berpendapat bahwa konelisi tersebut tidak memotivasi pekerja ,mereka hanyalah pemuas mereka menjalankan yang tidak ada motivasi .
Namun, dengan perkembangan computer dan robotic ada dan selalu aka nada pekerjaan yang berulang- ulang dan tanpa berfikir mebosankan di kota sector ekonomi dan banyak orang yang terampil yang dimiliki oleh bakat mereka sendiri. Yaitu bagaimana manajer memotivasi seseorang dalam pekerjaan tersebut ?
