PENGALIHAN HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN

11.1 Selama AJB belum ditandatangani dan PEMBELI belum melunasi pembayaran, maka PEMBELI tidak berhak mengalihkan hak dan kewajibannya tanpa persejutuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari PENJUAL.
11.2 Apabila pengalihan seluruh hak dan kewajibanPEMBELI kepada pihak ketiga telah mendapatkan persetujuan secara tertulis dari PENJUAL, maka setiap pengalihan tersebut PEMBELI dikenakan biaya administrasi sebesar 1% dari Harga Pengikatan, tidak termasuk PPh atau pajak-pajak lain . Besarnya biaya administrasi pengalihan tersebut dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu.
11.3 Dalam hal terjadi pengalihan hak dan kewajiban atas Tanah dan Bangunan dari PEMBELI kepada pihak ketiga, maka pihak ketiga harus menandatangani perjanjian yang mengatur pengalihan hak dan kewajiban antara PENJUAL, PEMBELI dan pihak ketiga (untuk selanjutnya disebut PERJANJIAN PENGALIHAN), Perjanjian Pengalihan tersebut akan dibuat oleh PENJUAL.
