Target peserta dalam pelatihan ini

Target peserta dalam pelatihan ini adalah staf BPBD di Propinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota se Nusa Tenggara Timur, adapun jumlah peserta yang direncanakan adalah sebanyak 21 orang dari BPBD Kabupaten/Kota dan sebanyak 6 orang dari BPBD Propinsi. Peserta yang hadir ada sebanyak 23 orang yang terdiri dari sebanyak 17 orang dari staf BPBD Kabupaten/Kota dan sebanyak 6 orang staf BPBD Propinsi se Nusa Tenggara Timur. Dalam pelatihan ini para peserta diberi materi pelatihan yang terdiri dari tupoksi dan SOP. Adapun materi pelatihan untuk tupoksi terdiri dari pengertian tupoksi, urgensi tupoksi, permasalahan yang sering muncul terkait dengan tupoksi, akar permasalahannya, solusi yang harus dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah terkait dengan tupoksi dan bagaimana mengevaluasi tupoksi. Sementara itu untuk materi SOP, meliputi : pengertian dasar SOP, tujuan dan kegunaan SOP, prinsip dasar penyusunan SOP, prinsip pelaksanaan SOP, format dan jenis SOP, siklus penyusunan dan dokumen SOP, dan pengembangan SOP.
Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test nampak perbedaannya, yakni saat pre test diberikan dari enam pertanyaan terkait dengan tupoksi dan SOP tidak ada satu pesertapun yang bisa menjawab soal benar semua, bahkan sebagian besar atau lebih dari 50% justru menjawab soal yang benar maksimal hanya 2 soal saja, namun setelah post test dari sebanyak 21 orang, ada 3 orang peserta yang menjawab seluruhnya benar, kemudian ada sebanyak 9 orang yang menjawab 5 soal benar, dan ada sebanyak 7 orang yang menjawab 4 soal benar dari 6 soal yang diberikan dan 2 orang yang menjawab 3 soal yang benar. Dari hasil pre test dan post test, nampak bahwa pemahaman peserta meningkat setelah mereka mengikuti pelatihan ini. Pemahaman peserta juga ditunjukkan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ketika mereka diminta untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas dan diskusi kelompok mereka dapat mengerjakan dengan baik dan benar.

Target participants in this training is BPBD staff at the provincial and Kabupaten/Kota se of East Nusa Tenggara, as for the number of participants is planned as many as 21 people from the BPBD district/city and as many as 6 people from BPBD province. Participants who attend there are as many as 23 people consisting of as many as 17 people from the staff of BPBD district/city and as many as 6 people staff the provincial BPBD se of East Nusa Tenggara. In this training the participants were given training materials consisting of auth and SOP. As for the training material for auth consists of the sense of urgency, auth, auth problems often emerge related to the auth, root problem, a solution that has to be done to solve the problem related to the auth and how evaluate the auth. Meanwhile for material SOP, include: a basic understanding of SOP, the purpose and usefulness of the SOP, the basic principle of the preparation of the SOP, the principle of implementation of SOP, format and type of SOP, SOP and document preparation cycle, and the development of the SOP. Based on the results of pre test and post test saw the difference, i.e. when the pre test given from six questions related to the auth and SOP no one pesertapun who can answer the question correctly, most or even more than 50% of the correct answer to question is thus a maximum of only 2 reserved, but after the post test of as many as 21 people, there are 3 participants who answered entirely true , then there are as many as 10 people who answered 5 question correctly, and there are as many as 7 people who answered question 4 of 6 questions given and 2 people who answered 3 questions correct. From the results of pre test and post test, it appears that the understanding of participants increased after they followed this training. The understanding of the participants also indicated during the execution of training activities when they are asked to work on tasks and discussion groups they can work on with good and true.

In this training, the participants were given training materials that consist of duties and SOP.
